Turbo™ Cookware Handles

Turbo Cookware comes with 2 different types of handles. Phenolic handles and Stainless Steel handles.Phenolic handles are a form of plastic to a certain degree and may be used in the oven but only to 350 Fahrenheit.

Phenolic handles are cool to the touch when used on a stove top. As a phenolics handle is oven safe to 350 it is a good for baking.

Phenolics charr instead of melting so they are safe to be used for cookware. If a phenolic handle gets
too hot they won't start to smoke and melt.

Phenolic handles are a lightweight alternative to metal. They resist oil, grease, and solvents and they have good scratch resistance.

Generally, stainless steel is a poor heat conductor which is why it makes for good, sturdy cookware handles. There are several types of stainless-steel handles. We use tubular handles which allow air to pass thru them, making them even more cool to the touch.

Stainless steel handles are oven safe all the way to 500 Farenheight so theycan be used in the oven or even a barbeque.

Our Stainless Steel handles are made in 304 series steel.
